Taylor Swift sent an inspiring message to a struggling fan on Instagram

Taylor Swift is known for being super-amazing with her fans, and in 2014 posted an inspiring message on an Instagram pic of someone who was struggling with their self-esteem.
None of us know how our lives are going to turn out. And I think it's better that wayTaylor Swift
"Self-doubt can be like falling down a rabbit hole, and it's hard to tell whether it will end in some new epiphany or in feeling lost and defeated," Taylor wrote on the unknown fan's account.
"You have to be the judge of when to just take it easy on yourself.
Taylor said she could see similarities between the fan and herself.
"Taking things one step at a time is an exhausting process for impatient people like you and me, but I think one day you'll look up and look around and see that finding yourself wasn't as terrifying as you thought it would be.
"None of us know how our lives are going to turn out. And I think it's better that way."
Miley said it very, very simply

In 2013, Miley Cyrus made a simple but powerful statement in her documentary movie, Miley: The Movement.
And it's one for all of us to remember, especially if you're the sort of person who tries too hard to please other people all the time.
"At the end of the day the person that has to be happy is me," she said.
BRB, just off to the printer to made a hard copy of that one.
P!nk's message to her daughter was also for ALL of us

P!nk, as you are probably well aware, is an endless source of inspiration and general amazingness. At the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, she gave a passionate speech directed at her six year old daughter Willow, but it hit home with everyone watching - whether P!nk is their mum or not.
We take the gravel and the shell and we make a pearlP!nk
"When people make fun of me, that’s what they use: They say that I look like a boy, or I am too masculine, too many opinions, my body is too strong," she told the crowd and viewers.
"And I said to her, ‘Do you see me growing my hair? Do you see me changing my body? Do you see me changing the way I present myself to the world?
"And do you see me selling out arenas all over the world?
"So, baby girl, we don’t change. We take the gravel and the shell and we make a pearl."

Little Mix say their whole career is about trying to make you feel better

Little Mix are the very definition of friendship goals. And while we're a long way off from being BFFs with Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Jade, they're pretty good at perking us up with their pop hits.
If our music can make them feel better, then we're doing our jobsJesy Nelson
And that's exactly what they set out to do.
"If a girl is being bullied, or heartbroken, or just feeling like utter ****, if our music can make them feel better, then we're doing our jobs right," said Jesy in an interview with Wonderland magazine in 2015.
"We want to do everything we can to make women feel better about themselves," added Leigh-Anne.
FYI - this applies to male fans too. Shout Out To My Ex works just as well for broken-hearted boys too.
