What's new with 5SOS? What we found out on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show...

Everyone's favourite Aussie pop-rockers 5SOS are back! With a new single named (aptly enough) Want You Back.
Luke, Calum, Ashton and Michael popped in to see Grimmy for a fun-filled chat, and to introduce a spin of their brand new track.
Here's everything that went down...
They've been impressed by the "Great British Winter"...
They're more used to the Sydney sunshine, but the 5SOS boys have been braving the ice and snow since they arrived in the UK.
They've been particularly amazed by the hardy dedication of their incredible fans, some of whom had queued outside the Radio 1 building for up to 12 hours in sub-zero temperatures to meet them.
They would make great chairs
The boys fielded answers to some fan-recorded questions, none of which lasted any longer than five seconds (see what they did there?)
Some of the most intriguing replies came in response to the inspired but rather random question: "If you were a chair and you could pick one person to sit on you, who would it be and why?’
Luke said Antonio Banderas, Ashton said Ricky Martin ("but I don't mean it"). Callum said Zedd and Michael said, "definitely not Callum."
Poor Callum!
They've FINALLY thanked Liam Payne for their ink
Several years ago, 5SOS supported fellow massive boybanders One Direction on tour. At some stage, Liam Payne took the 5SOS boys along with him to get tattoos, and paid for all of their new ink before they knew what had happened.
"For some reason we never spoke about it, we never thanked him until about three days ago, when we remembered it."
Better late than never when it comes to manners, hey boys?
They experimented a lot for their new album

“We failed a lot for a while” - 5 Seconds of Summer
The band chat to Grimmy about making their latest single Want You Back.
The boys worked with all sorts of different people as they developed their forthcoming new album - with varying degrees of success.
One man they DO long to collaborate with is Chris Martin, we discovered. Now that's one tune we'd love to hear!
