The best Beyoncé covers in the Live Lounge
18 April 2018

She's the reigning queen of, well, everything, so it's hardly surprising that Beyoncé has inspired a fair few Live Lounge performances in her time.
After listening to the originals on repeat All Night, we turned our attention to these Flawless covers, brought to the Live Lounge by some Irreplaceable stars, and fell Crazy In Love. (Sorry, we couldn't resist.) Now let's get in Formation and binge on the lot...
Zara Larsson - All Night
Beyoncé's sixth studio album, Lemonade, was truly a gift to us all and, full disclosure, is still being played on repeat two years later. (Can you blame us?) One year on, Zara Larsson took to the Live Lounge to cover one of the most beloved Lemonade songs of them all: All Night.
Rag'n'Bone Man - Freedom
Rag'n'Bone Man (real name: Rory Charles Graham) created nothing but pure, raspy, powerful magic when he put his spin on Queen Bey's Freedom. Don't believe us? Listen for yourself.
Christine and the Queens - Sorry
She came, she covered Sorry, she conquered. Yup, you can count on Christine and the Queens to put a unique spin on a Bey track and the French singer-songwriter most certainly didn't disappoint. We defy you not to dance to this one.
Haim - XO
Beyoncé's eponymous fifth studio album was released a whole five years ago (time flies, huh?) but XO is still very much at the top of our playlists and clearly it's pretty high on HAIM's playlist too. The LA three-piece floored us with this rendition back in 2014 and, 1.6 million views later, we can safely say that it's a popular one.
London Grammar - All Night
Beyoncé is a popular person and her tracks are dynamite, so it's a surprise to nobody that All Night has been given the Live Lounge treatment not once but twice. The latest take on the Lemonade-born song came courtesy of London Grammar and it's as hauntingly beautiful as you'd expect.
