Creator of 'Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes exercise' 52 years on
Diversity pioneer Jane Elliott, who invented the 'Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes exercise’, has spoken to BBC Radio 5 Live about the exercise and the work she is still doing today.
Jane first conducted her famous exercise for her class on ninth graders on 5 April,1968, the day after Martin Luther King Jr was assassinated.
Speaking to Nihal Arthanayake she said: "If you want me to stop doing this work all you have to do, is to stop acting like a fool and judging people on the basis on the colour of their skin."
