Rubbish blights a Welsh hillside road
Dashcam footage from 5 Live listener Danny Wilson shows the shocking amount of rubbish dumped by the roadside on the hills above Merthyr Tydfil.
Richard McIlwain, deputy CEO of the campaign charity Keep Britain Tidy told 5 Live Breakfast that littering and fly-tipping are a "national disgrace" and a problem that is "on the rise".
