Govt minister promotes a policy he can’t use himself
The Minister for Small Business Andrew Griffiths who is promoting shared parental leave says he’s can’t use the policy when he becomes a father in April.
Speaking to BBC 5 live’s Emma Barnett, he explained why he is not allowed to take shared parental leave.
