#mumtakeover problem solving booth: ‘My son pulls my hair’
As part of 5 live’s #mumtakeover, we brought mums together to discuss issues they are tackling.
The problem solving booth encourages people to start conversations about issues they are dealing with, offer advice and support to each other.
Juvin Djoukouo, Amy Nickell and Fiona Small spoke about single parenting shared advice.
Amy spoke about her son pulling her hair, while Juvin opened up about the worry that her son is using slang words.
“As our children grow, we really have to recognise that they are growing into little people with their own formed opinions,” said Fiona Small, the founder of the Young Mums Support Network.
