How can I stop being addicted to my phone?
The typical smartphone user touches their phone 2,617 times a day, and while there's still debate over whether phone addiction is a real medical condition - like drugs or alcohol - it's clear these devices dominate our lives as never before.
So for the Solutions Project, a new show on 5 live, Calum Macdonald has been asking how we can beat our collective phone habit.
