Shadow Transport Sec can't give transport spend figure

Labour's Shadow Transport Secretary struggled to give a precise figure for Labour's total transport spend during an interview for BBC 5 live.

Speaking to Emma Barnett, Andy McDonald MP was quizzed on how much Labour would spend on transport from their “National Transformation Fund” – the £250bn they have committed to public spending.
