Umunna: ‘I make no apology for calling out Trump racism’
Labour MP for Streatham Chuka Umunna has told 5 live Daily he makes “no apology for calling out racism, Islamophobia and misogyny" on the part of US president-elect Donald Trump.
The billionaire ran a controversial campaign due to comments about women, Muslims and a proposal to build a wall along the US-Mexican border.
Umunna said the wrong thing to do now is "to sit on my hands and say nothing."
