Melanie C: Spice Girls were 'so naive' about sexualisation
Melanie C has spoken about the over-sexualisation of music. The former Spice Girls singer said 'nothing is left to the imagination anymore'.
Speaking about comments she recently made about Little Mix being more ‘sexy’, she added 'I truly believe this is the way they want to present themselves'.
When questioned about the Spice Girls' outfits she admitted that she watched the video for Say you’ll be there and she saw it in a new light:
“Victoria was in a PVC catsuit, Geri was in thigh high PVC boots and we tied a guy up. We were so naive, it never crossed my mind what we were doing and I think a lot of it is naivity, isn't it.”
