Man photographs gnome 15,000 times to improve road drainage
A garden gnome is being used in a one-man photographic campaign to improve road drainage.
Bryan Gibson from Cornwall told 5 live’s Emma Barnett that he’s taken 15,000 pictures of overflowing drains to highlight what he says is their "diabolical danger" and always includes his gnome next to them.
“Blocked road drains are causing accidents and deaths. I’ve only done this because nobody will listen to me.”
