Muslim attorney: Why I’m voting for Trump
A Muslim attorney from Miami says he is voting for Donald Trump because he is “not afraid” to come up with ideas on tackling terrorism – even if they are “bad ideas”.
Republican candidate Trump has previously called for a temporary ban on Muslims from travelling to the US, following the Paris attacks which killed 130 last year. He subsequently said the ban was "just a suggestion".
Yasir Billoo said although he disagreed with Trump’s view, there were “no other ideas being presented” by Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
We spoke to Mr Billoo at The Muslim Communities Association of South Florida. It is one of the largest Islamic centers of South Florida, and located in North Miami.
