Migrant sea rescue doctor: 'We're not a taxi service'
A doctor on MSF rescue ship responds to criticism that they're a "taxi service for migrants".
Dr Sarah Giles says people only take to the boats when it's not safe on land.
She says the risk of drowning is not something people take lightly - especially when they decide to put children on the boats.
