
Miriam Gonzalez Durantez: Clegg's defeat personally 'devastating'
Miriam Gonzalez Durantez, the wife of the former Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has shared her thoughts on the Liberal Democrat's defeat in last year's General Election.
Speaking to 5 Live's Sarah Brett and Adrian Goldberg, Miriam said the result which left the Party with just 8 MPs was "devastating, not only for us but for lots of people around the country who had given years of hard work for the country itself".
She added "it's miminal in comparison to what other people deal with."
