Britain's Richard Whitehead smashes his own world record
Britain's Paralympic champion Richard Whitehead has set marker ahead of the Rio games by beating his own world record in the 200m T4 at the IPC Grand Prix in London.
Whitehead beat the rest of the field in a time of obliterates 23.03 seconds, with his previous mark being 23.46 seconds.
