Cerys Matthews: 'Welsh fans are heartbroken' by huge Eurotunnel delays
Many Welsh football fans are caught in huge delays en route to Lille for their Euro 2016 quarter final clash with Belgium.
Singer and BBC 6 Music presenter Cerys Matthews was stuck in the queue outside Folkestone's Eurotunnel:
“Welsh fans are heartbroken. The mood has definitely changed. You couldn’t fault the Welsh fans throughout the tournament and their positive outlook on life."
The delays were caused by a train stuck in the tunnel.
“The awful, not very funny irony is that with Brexit you can’t even leave Britain,” added the 47-year-old.
