Chelsea 1-2 Paris St-Germain (2-4 on aggregate)
Chelsea were knocked out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage for the second consecutive year by French side Paris St-Germain.
Goals from Rabiot and Ibrahimovic were enough to see the visitors ease to a 4-2 aggregate victory over the 2012 champions.
Guus Hiddink's team also suffered two costly injuries ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final at Everton, with goal scorer Diego Costa and Eden Hazard limping off.
The Blues, currently in 10th place in the Premier League face not being in Europe's elite competition next season for the first time in the Roman Abramovich era.
