What's it like being transferred on deadline day?

BBC pundit Jermaine Jenas explains what it is like to move clubs on transfer deadline day.

The midfielder transferred three times on deadline day throughout his career, including to QPR from Tottenham Hotspur in January 2013.

"It's quite a stressful time for yourself and your family," he told BBC 5 live, "You will be aware that clubs are interested in you[...] you're balancing out all these situations in your head, where you're gonna be playing, where you're gonna be dragging your family to, and so on".
