Arsenal 4 Galatasaray 1: Welbeck scores hat-trick

Ex Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck scores 3 goals for Arsenal as they beat Galatasaray 4-1 in the Champions League group stage.

The England striker, excellent throughout, stabbed in a first-half opener before side-footing in a second. Alexis Sanchez then curled home before Welbeck clipped in his third. Arsene Wenger's side went on to win 4-1 playing the last 25 minutes with 10 men after Szczesny was sent off for taking down Yilmaz in the penalty area. Yilmaz scored the penalty but it was to be nothing more than a consolation.
