What life is really like on the 'Skint' estate
Shalom youth centre is on the East Marsh Estate in Grimsby which was made famous by the Channel 4 programme Skint. 5 live's Nick Garnett went to visit the Shalom and only found two young people there. 18 year-old Bradley, a labourer and his mate Josh, who's 22 and in the armed forces. Josh travels back home to Grimsby whenever he can to see his baby daughter, he began by explaining why at 16, he left Grimsby.
Josh said: "I don't want to bring my daughter up round here. So if I had some money that's it, I'd move away with her."
Grimsby is part of 5 live's special broadcasts '5 live Top Twenty', the 20 marginal seats right across the UK where the 2015 general election could be won or lost.
