Previously deaf Jo Milne gets her Glastonbury wish live

Jo Milne said going to Glastonbury was on her bucket list after she had cochlear implants a year ago, which allowed her to hear for the time at the age of 39.

Her wish was answered live on air, when one of the event organisers contacted the show to promise tickets.

Jo was close to tears, and said the chance to go to Glastonbury having only being able to hear for a year was "a dream come true".

She is now an ambassador for the charity The Hearing Fund UK, and has just written a memoir called "Breaking the Silence".
