Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

What disabled customer facilities are available at the venue?
Wheel Chair Access
There is lift and ramp access across the venue. All lifts have spoken messages indicating which floor the lift is on and whether the doors are opening and closing. All lifts also have grab bars inside.
There are dedicated wheelchair accessible spaces in the venue. Booking is essential, please let the Belfast Waterfront know your requirements in advance.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge to use within the venue. The number of wheelchairs is limited, please bring your own if you have one.
Guide Dog
Assistance dogs are welcome, please let the venue know in advance so that the venue can allow for water provision.
Loop System
Infra Red is available in various locations. Customers are requested to turn their hearing aid to ‘T’ setting. Induction Loop – is available in various locations

What time will the event take place?
Door opening times are 18:30
The show will start at 19:15. Please arrive with enough time to allow for security checks.

How do I get to The Belfast Waterfront Hall?
Belfast Waterfront is located within a 10-minute walk of the city centre. Their address is: 2 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3WH

Can I bring food and drink into the event?
No food or drink can be brought into the venue. The bar will be selling alcohol operating Challenge 25, soft drinks and snacks.
Can I bring a camera?
Photographic, video and sound recording equipment are not permitted in the auditoria.
Can I bring valuables
All persons attending the concert are responsible for their own valuables. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the venue.
What security measures are in place?
We reserve the right to conduct bag checks, It is a condition of entry that the ticket holder consents to being searched. A failure to comply may result in you being ejected from the venue.
We recommend that you do not bring large bags. Any larger bags must be stored in the venue's cloakroom at £1 per item.
Only small bags will be permitted into the auditorium
Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance will be refused entry, or asked to leave.
