"Sophisticated but full of warmth"

She had a wonderful voice which I shall truly miss. Sophisticated but full of warmth. I loved every scene Caroline was in because she had a particular dry way of looking at things from a different angle. Emotionally direct and honest and utterly utterly believable. A wonderful creation and a long cherished feature of my life. Thank you Sara! [Emily Morgan on Facebook]
