Archers listeners show #MilesOfSmiles for Sara Coward
Archers fans were saddened by the news that Sara Coward, who plays Caroline Sterling, is in the final stages of a long-term illness.
But Sara insisted that she would like her legacy to be a positive one and launched the #milesofsmiles campaign, asking fans to spread smiles and acts of kindness.
