From hairdressing to wind turbines

Meet Haidée from Ayrshire, who left behind a six year career in hairdressing for a new life working on wind turbines out at sea.

She told Deborah Meaden's Big Green Money Show how she was inspired by a BBC documentary about the life of a wind farm technician.
