When Dinah Lux met Jamie Barton

This Saturday 14 September, American mezzo-soprano Jamie Barton will perform at the world-famous Last Night of the Proms. Ahead of this much-anticipated appearance, Jamie Barton caught up with Dinah Lux to talk all things Proms, and bringing her queer visibility to this iconic event.

The Last Night of the Proms will round off eight weeks of world-class music-making at the BBC Proms. Barton will perform alongside the BBC Symphony Orchestra, BBC Symphony Chorus, BBC Singers, under Sakari Oramo.
