Absurdity, repetition.

This sketch uses lots of absurdity, both in the size of the order and then in the nature of some of the foodstuffs. There’s also effective use of repetition, both of individual words (“spicy”) and whole lines of dialogue (e.g. the advice to eat the fritters “while they’re hot”).
