The Boss in concert in Phoenix, Arizona, 1978. The band performs Rosalita (Come out Tonight) from the 1973 album The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle.
Bruce Springsteen is also interviewed by Bob Harris for The Old Grey Whistle Test. He talks about his early musical influences, the legal battle he faced after Born to Run came out, and the making of the album Darkness on the Edge of Town.
Following the release of Born to Run, Springsteen became embroiled in a legal battle with his then manager and publisher Mike Appel over ownership and control of his music. Though Bruce eventually won the case he was unable to record any music for a year and it resulted in a 3 year gap between Born to Run and his next album Darkness on the Edge of Town.
