Live Session - Anais Mitchell

Anais Mitchell is a singer songwriter from Vermont. In 2010 she released Hadestown a folk opera, described as "the story of Orpheus and Eurydice set in post-apocalyptic Depression-era America."

The album included guest appearances by Ani DiFranco, Greg Brown, Justin Vernon of Bon Iver and Ben Knox Miller of The Low Anthem. Bon Iver also covered a track on Anais latest album Young Man in America, which came out on her own label Wilderland Records.
