Richard Ashcroft - Chat & Full Set

Richard Ashcroft is joined by the BBC Concert Orchestra in the latest edition of The Radio 2 Piano Room from Maida Vale, directed by conductor/arranger Fiona Brice.

Richard first came to our attention as the lead singer of The Verve, and over the last 3 decades he’s become one of this country’s most revered singer-songwriters, racking up five top 5 albums as a solo artist, and winning not one but TWO Ivor Novello awards.

He's recently released the song 'Lover', taken from his forthcoming new album, which will be his first new material in 7 years. This summer Richard is supporting Oasis on their summer tour of the UK and Ireland.
