Talking Movies reports from New York's Tribeca Festival - one of the city's biggest annual cultural events. Presenter Tom Brook sits down with Tribeca co-founder and acting legend Robert De Niro, who expresses his concern over recent efforts by the Trump administration to take over, or control, significant US cultural institutions. He believes Tribeca isn't under any immediate threat but explains he would push back vigorously if there was interference from the government.
Plus an interview with acclaimed Oscar-nominated British actor Andrea Riseborough, who appears in the unsettling drama Dragonfly. The programme will also look at the festival's film-related music events - this year Tribeca has devoted a significant portion of its line-up to music films and music documentaries.
