The DPD Murder, Part 3
With the suspected inside man arrested, detectives must prove he knew he was setting up a murder. A new investigation begins when a man tries to kill himself and his learning-disabled son.
After an intensive investigation, detectives think they have finally identified the inside man. To make a case against him, they must prove that he supplied information about Aurman’s whereabouts to attack him. If he knew what he was doing, even though he hadn’t wielded a weapon, he would be as guilty as those who did.
Meanwhile, the major investigations unit is called to a new incident in Droitwich Spa. An 80-year-old woman is found dead at home after her husband called emergency services to report that he had tried to kill himself and his 45-year-old learning-disabled son with overdoses.
