Dougie is on the shores of Loch Ness to learn about plans to develop a pumped hydro storage scheme, and he hears why some local groups are campaigning against it.

Arlene makes a return to Stackyard Field, in the Borders, to lend a hand spreading fertiliser, while Cammy meets a family in Galloway who are forging their future through contract farming.

In Caithness, Dougie drops in on a crofter rearing his flock for wool, and wildlife film-maker Libby Penman is at the Glenlivet Estate hoping to capture some spring wildlife spectacles - this time, she is searching for boxing brown hares.
