Diego Cardoso creates an Italian feast to share with family and friends with his crab risotto, Nisha Katona delivers a masterclass is spice pairings with a thali of prawn curry, mango dal, spiced cabbage and black cardamon rice, and JJ Goodman celebrates cocktails for Cinco de Mayo.
Big Zuu brings big energy and big flavours to the studio with his fiery short ribs, suya potatoes and jalapeno coleslaw, while Philli Armitage-Mattin delivers a foolproof roast dinner that serves up all the flavour in half the time. And Sarah Hadland faces her food heaven, truffle ravioli, or her food hell, courgette tart.
