Aloe Blacc is the Rewind Selector!
Feel-good tunes to make you groove! Plus American singer and rapper Aloe Blacc chooses the tracks that take him back to the dancefloors of his youth in Rewind Selector.
Feel-good dancefloor favourites, hidden gems and fresh tunes to make you groove. DJ Spoony serves up a brilliant selection of soulful house, classic soul, disco, RnB, UK Garage, Reggae, hip hop, doo-wop, funk, dance remixes, and much more.
American singer and rapper Aloe Blacc chooses the tracks that take him back to the dancefloors of his youth in Rewind Selector. He is best known for his guest performance on Avicii's 2013 single 'Wake Me Up' and as a lead artist on 'I Need a Dollar' and 'The Man', the latter topping the UK Singles Chart in 2014, and two Top 10 albums 'Good Things' and 'Lift Your Spirit'. Aloe's latest album, 'Stand Together', was released in February. You can share your early clubbing memories, and the songs attached, by e-mailing spoony@bbc.co.uk.
Spoony wraps things up with a ‘Midnight Feast’ track. Think big production, lush orchestration, and the best voices in the business!
