Back in 2005, Professor Christianne Glossop was appointed the first Chief Veterinary Officer for Wales. Working within the Welsh Government she heads up a team of fifty people and is responsible for animal health and welfare policy and strategy, from bird flu to Bovine TB.  Rachael Garside joins Dr Glossop to discover what her top priorities are and how she strives to improve health & welfare standards for kept animals.
