BBC Norman Beaton Fellowship Winners 2025

BBC Audio London is delighted to announce the results of this year’s NBF 2025. Our winner this year is:

AOIFE MOSS

She receives a five-month contract with the Radio Drama Company commencing Saturday 5th April 2025.

Two finalists receive a runners up prize of one engagement with BBC Audio Drama. They are:

From our application pool, thirty actors were selected to take part in NBF 2025, which was run as three distinct stages on Zoom: a preliminary round in December 2024, semi-finals in January, and Finals across 18th and 19th February.

The ten finalists were auditioned via Zoom on 19th February 2025 by this year's judges who were Emma Harding (Drama Producer and Chair), Michelle Braidman (agent) and Akbar Kurtha (actor).
We’re especially grateful to Drama producers Kirsty Williams and John Norton for their contribution to the semi-finals, to Rebecca Wilmshurst and Clare Ewing for judging the preliminary round, to Technical Producer Mike Etherden for technical support and recording on the final rounds, and to actor/director Carl Prekopp who ran a masterclass for all Finalists on their pre-finals day.
