We've been dipping into our extensive backlog of videos from Wales Music Day, held on 1 March this year by BBC Radio Wales to celebrate the best of Welsh music.

New Cardiff band OK came into the studio to perform an utter classic, Manic Street Preachers' Motorcycle Emptiness. You can watch it here:
