Duffy recruits musicans for second album
Welsh singer Duffy, the most successful British artist of 2008, is reported by the Reuters news agency to be working with Roots drummer Ahmir 'Questlove' Thompson and songwriter Albert Hammond Sr, the father of Strokes' guitarist Almond Hammond Jr.
Session for the as-yet-untitled second album, her follow-up to Rockferry, have apparently started in New York with the duo contributing production and songwriting skills.
