Bafta Cymru 2010 nominations
The nominations for the 19th Bafta Cymru Film, Television and Interactive Media Awards have been unveiled.
BBC Cymru Wales has secured 31 nominations in total for productions such as Torchwood - which leads the field with seven nods, Doctor Who, Crash, Merlin, Frontline Afghanistan, Scrum V and BBC Cardiff Singer of the World.

Spoof comedy A Bit Of Tom Jones is nominated in the best film/drama category alongside Ryan a Ronnie and Cwcw.
Graphic short film Cow by Brynmawr filmmaker Peter Watkins-Hughes, about the dangers of texting on a mobile phone while driving, is nominated for the best short film award alongside Chris Forster's Gravitas Postcards and Rungano Nyoni's The List.
BBC Cymru Wales also secured all three nominations in the best interactive category, for Chwedlau Myrddin/Welsh Myths, Last Chance To See and The Sarah Jane Adventures.

The ceremony, due to be hosted by Cerys Matthews and Aled Jones, will take place at the Wales Millennium Centre on 23 May 2010.
