Ian Forrester
We've all been very moved by the huge number of messages of support and Ian and his family will appreciate them deeply. However, we are asking people to avoid speculation regarding his condition as that can cause unintended distress.

This is just a short update to let you know that since last we posted Ian condition has continued to improve. We're all delighted to have heard that over the weekend he's come out of sedation, and that he's responding well to family.
Ian's family have set up a Caringbridge [https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/ianforrester%5D site where you can follow his recovery- we'd ask all visitors to the site to respect the sensitivity of sharing the space with his family and closest friends.
Thanks again for the wonderful flood of messages of support for Ian and his family- they've been a great support for his family, and Ian was really touched when they were read to him,
Cheers
Ant
