Shortly Ofsted will be publishing its annual assessments of children's services in 150 local authorities online.

Last year no councils were found to be inadequate overall and four were marked as inadequate at keeping children safe.

But in the wake of the Baby P case, the inspection system has been criticised by the Children, Schools and Families Committee.

Last month, Panorama revealed that a senior social worker in Haringey and police did not want Baby P returned home. And you can still watch Panorama: What Happened to Baby P? on our website.
