FOI blogger Steve Wood writes that he's trying to organise a blog-based campaign to encourage MPs to sign the House of Commons motion opposing changes to the charging arrangements for FOI requests.

He calls it an attempt at blog-islation - part of the increasing role of blogs in influencing the political process. Will it work?
