as usual, your photos are stunning! Venice looks breathtaking. If I were lucky to travel there I’d forget about all my troubles and enjoy the wonderful architecture and the sunny Italian sky. I believe that some day it’ll happen and I’ll see your beautiful country.
I’m a music teacher. Today I accompanied one boy who sang Neapolitan song Santa Lucia. We talked about happiness to live near the warm caressing sea under the shining sun. It’s a pleasure to listen to such a cheerful song especially when it’s lack of sunbeams and it’s so cold in the street.

No words to express my emotion! I totally agree with Tatiana, as usual your photos are stunning, impressive, as your Italy. It came to my mind a famous film by Luchino Visconti "Muerte en Venecia" (in Spanish) based in a Tomas Man novel. It´s one of my favourite films. It starts with a long scene with the "vaporetto" reaching the land and with Mahler´s music in all the film.

My daughter sometimes told us she would like to visit Venice, but it seems to me a very turistic place. I visited Italia several years ago, but I stayed in a little village called Cermed, near Merano, near Bolzano, nothing to do with Venice. But your words encouraged me and your advices seemed to me so useful. As well as I sftudied italian for a lot of years: I understeand and I can make my self understood.

Thanks for sharing such beautiful pictures with us, Venice seems to be a beautiful place to visit. I particularly like the second picture which appears to be a river in the middle of the residential area. I would love to take a boat trip there if I ever happen to visit Venice. Can you please tell us about the weather there all year around and what time of the year would you reccomend for visiting Italy?

This is Karoun. First of all I"d like to thank you for sharing the nice photos and interesting information about your beautiful country.I had a trip to Italy long ago, but I just visited Milano and now, when I compare it to Venice, I find out that Milano was an ordinary city while, Venice is a beautiful city and a wonderful resort for tourists. Let me say,I have been to several beautiful cities out of my contry like: Paris, London, Amsterdam, Koalalampur, Istambul, Antalya, Athena and have good memories of them in my mind, but inspite of that, I feel it's a necessity for me to visit venice!

I have been there two years ago, and I can only write that I had a wonderful time there, I love Venice and I want to come back to this the most breathtaking city in the world. By the way, have you been in Florence before? It would be appreciated very much if you could give us some tips on traveling to Florence such as hotel, transportation, special attractions etc.

Fantastic Venice. Just I wonder how much is comfortable to live there for a plain people. I had a dream to be there, with my beloved man, in a gondola and accept the marriage proposal. Oh Jesus, I like Italy so much.

I completely agree with you on that venice is a wonderful city
I was there about one and a half month ago. I have also stayed in mestre
because price of hotels was cheaper than Venice, but it is not problem, it maybe take only about 15 min from mestre to venice by bus and there is also train...
In addition, the feeling of being lost in narrow streets is a stunning experience as much as gondola.

Your blog is so nice and romantic with wonderful photos. I was in Venice in 2005. Well everything was very cheap. But the travelling by the ship to Venice was so special experience. I wish I would be in Italy today morning!

Venice is a really charming place, one of the most attractive points on a globe for me. Unfortunately it’s overcrowded of tourists, especially in a summer. I fear crowds of visitors turn old architectural masterpiece to ruins very soon.

It's been pleasure to read your another article with lot of stunning pictures. Venice, a famous city in Italy, has been familiar to me as an important shooting spot for hollywood movies.The city still puzzles me as all the infrasturcture is surrounded by the grand canal. I am fancy of this city and would definitely like to visit in future. It seems to me very expensive to visit all the places namely museum, islands, tower, and grand canal in venice though you provided us few tips.

What stunning photos! Venice is lovely, isn't it? That's right what you mention, it's better search a cheap hotel because after all there are many attractions outside waiting for people as masks.
Some months ago I made an online research about Carnival of Venice and learnt a lot, had not idea of its history and the colourful masks.
I have a question for you, Have you ever worn a Venetian mask? If so, which type is your favorite: jolly, bauta, volto, columbina or the plague doctor mask?

As usual everything comes down to money... For us that place could be a little bit expensive, but very attractive. I always wondered on the public transport, how this works? The town without cars..., it's seems impossible but really true.... I hope that one day I will be there. We Poles have a special fondness to Italians, very positive (I think so...). Unfortunately we don't have that charming town but I can recommend Krakow and surroundings of the city.

I'll write my impression not on your thread but on this student blog. You said you were planning something good. It was about this blog. You did twice so far! And you did a great job again. I think the pictures you posted are always quite beautiful and inspire me to travel to your country -- Your home town you introduced before and Venice this time.
Recently I read a book, "A room with a view" by E.M. FORSTER. The heroine visited not Venice but Florence, though. Italy has a lot of famous places and construction, and pictureesque scenery.

Hi Vito, I was in Venice last November.The weather was warm and shiny. For me, it was my third time, but this time was awesome. I've discovered the city again. I've seen channels and churches I haven't seen before. I liked to go off the beaten track and to soak up the atmosphere of what I think it is an enchanted and magical place.
I agree with you that Venice is extremely expensive.
