Hi Catherine,
I was expecting you to be telling some of yours childhood stories , but anyways now it's my turn as I have been assigned with that homework
Regarding my childhood days, I can hardly remember the things when I was knee high to a grasshopper. But now, after experiencing so many things, I mean college, competition, job, I can surely say that those were the golden days, when you didn't have to be wary about these things, simply keep on enjoying the life as it comes, do the things the way you want, roam around wherever you want, behave as silly as you can as you
may not be very well aware of what does good behavior (when I say good it really means good and matured... :)) mean, so I am pretty sure that If someone gives me the power to go back to the past, I would opt for my childhood days.

I prefer to tell you the story about my first Childish crush. Actually I was 8 yr old and I was very much attracted by one girl who was my classmate then. And daily around 5 or 6 o clock in evening I use to take my bicycle, and would ride in front of her house in an expectation to see her and sometimes I was lucky to have her glimpse in balcony of her house.

What's more, she use to saw me from there, those were really a happy moments for me. One day she and her small sister tried to tease me, and being a childish I got irritated, somewhat happy as well, and then suddenly I park my bicycle and entered into her house and went directly to balcony. Then we started teasing each other and had some fun and I started to come down the stairs after a while, and then I realized that her grandfather was there in hall reading a newspaper. It became a troublesome situation to me, I thought that her parents would scold me and beat me up, so I asked her for help. It was all childish drama, even today when I remember that incident I never stops myself from laughing. Ok, then she started insisting her grandfather to go to sleep saying that he must have been very tired and should go to sleep. Her grandfather was surprised to hear that but to my surprised they really went inside the bedroom to go to sleep. And somehow, better to say successfully I escaped from that troublesome situation. Then also I never stopped riding in front of her house but never ever dare to enter into her house.
As it happens, that was my 'first Crush' experience, Hope you have enjoyed reading this one.

    Hai Pravin,

It was really interesting to read your childhood story. It gave me a time to reminisce my childhood too. Yes, it would be the time each and every likes most. We would be creating our own world with no boundaries and totally free from all type of tensions and feelings. There we know only one side of our life that gives pleasure but not worries. Then how any one can opt another life time than this if he gets a rebirth ?

    Hello Pravin,

thank you for a touching and funny story. You are a very skilled storyteller and I suppose that all your friends and acquaintances enjoy listening to you. And I'm sure when you have children they'll permanently ask you to tell them fairy tales!
I can understand your thought of returning to childhood days. The more we are elder the more we can appriciate our childish light-heartedness. Children are happy without cause, adults need many reasons to be happy.

    Best wishes,

    Tatiana.

Is it a forbeden dream !.when were kids we don't know any thing about reality . So any thing was possible . Any wee thing could make us happy. We can't go back to our chilhood. But we always can remember it and laugh on it. That all we can do.

    Hi Pravin,
yes, almost every adult wants to be a child. It reminds me one Czech film fairy-tale, the series about the princess Arabela. The story takes place between the real world and the kingdom of fairy-tales. There is one isle called Pultanela, where people born as old men and they gradually become children. I cannot remember it exactly but I remember some funny situations when two these "babies" with long grey beards came to the real world, wearing nappies, playing with rattle etc. :-)
    Have a nice day,
    Tereza

Am I the only user who has recognized the multiple grammatical errors in this blog post? I am shocked that Pravin, a college graduate still has not mastered the art of proof reading. I understand that we are all humans and therefore it is inevitable that we will make mistakes but so many is certainly unforgivable. Pravin, I implore you to tighten up on those writing skills. Although this is a student blog, I do believe that bloggers should always seek to maintain the high standard of the BBC Blog Network. You should be mindful of the fact that you are still representing one of the few well established Media organizations in Britain. Henceforth, it is your responsibility to produce high quality work.

Pravin I will never forget my childhood years. They are certainly the golden years. I can recall a few crushes but the memories that stand out the most in mind are those of me being provoked and teased by my friends and older siblings. I was a nerd. Well I think I am slightly still one. Being a nerd back then was not one of the easiest things to handle. I will share one particular incident which always puts a smile on my face remembering. It was my birthday and my grandmother decided to bring a large pizza for my lunch. When I received it, I brought the pizza to the cafeteria with a big smile. As soon as I opened the box I was ambushed by my school mates and to date I have not secure a slice of that pizza. I tell you, childhood days are really those golden days.
