Anyone know how many Cornwall Council departments are under-achieving to such an extent that they need a special agenda item at their scrutiny meetings for "Good News?"

It doesn't stand up to proper scrutiny does it - and you have a public duty to share your knowledge and understanding of that fact garnered right here in Cornwall & Scilly to all parts of the UK. How about girding your tennis court fit youthful loins and getting on with it?
