It's Just A Bit Of Fun...
The Story So Far: You have to take the Saturday's Depeche Mode cover seriously, because no-one would ever know from listening to it that it was a charity single. But the Vanessa Jenkins and Bryn West (ft. Tom Jones and Robyn Gibb) version of Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton's 'Islands In The Stream' is a comedy record, and has only been released to raise money for Comic Relief, and therefore none of the usual rules of diligent ChartBlog pop dissection apply.
So, instead of a review, here are some jokes.
Q: What do you call four indie boys on a steep hillside?

and finally...
Q: What did Nessa out of Gavin And Stacey hope as she fell down the riverbank?
A: "I lands in the stream"
PS: It doesn't matter whether or not they are GOOD jokes. It's for charity!
(Or at least, it will be once I've paid the money in.)
