Andrew Marc

By day Andrew is an air conditioning engineer from Hereford, and by night he gigs a couple of times a week, dressing up and impersonating Tina Turner, Shirley Bassey and our very own Sir Tom Jones. His dad is his inspiration and actually performed on the same bill as Sir Tom back in 1965, the same night that he met his mother! They always said that it was because of Sir Tom that they met, so technically without our legendary Mr Jones, Andrew would not be here today!

Celebrity resemblances: “I get told I look like Ray Liotta, Robbie Williams, a young Freddie Starr and Kevin Webster from Coronation Street.”

Superstitions: “If I see one magpie by itself, I have to say straight away ‘hello mister magpie, how is your wife?’ to avoid bad luck!”

Bad habits: “My bad habits are breaking wind, and also leaving chewing gum behind my ear and forgetting about it.”

Favourite unusual food combinations: “My typical breakfast, which consists of one rusk, one Weetabix, one Shredded Wheat, some wheat flakes, crisp rice cereal, muesli, and porridge!”

Party Trick: “I can balance twenty one pence coins on my right elbow and catch them all with my right hand.”
