Karren Brady is one of Britain’s best-known businesswomen. Her talent was first spotted by ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi when she was just 18. At age 23, she became the first woman to direct a premier league football club (Birmingham City FC) and the youngest managing director of a UK PLC.

Now a television personality on BBC One’s The Apprentice, she is a standard bearer for women in business and has spoken out on the topic of boardroom sexism, particularly in the sporting industries. She holds non-executive directorships at numerous organisations including Mothercare and Kerrang! Magazine, and has written four books.
